SPACE APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Parkmall! Please refer to the following procedure for your space application:

  1. Fill out the application form completely in typewritten form or use block letters in dark ink.

  2. Submit the accomplished form along with the following requirements:

  • Letter of intent

  • Company profile

  • Concept Paper which includes the following:

    • Complete list of products/services with price and sample pictures;

    • picture/s of existing store (if applicable);

    • certified monthly gross sales in the last 12 months of operation (if applicable); and

    • copy of franchise agreement (if applicable)

  • Feasibility study of:

    • Operating Budget for six (6) months to one (1) year

    • Projected monthly gross sales

    • Foot traffic requirements to meet the financial objectives

  • Marketing Plan

  2. You may inquire about the status of your application one week after we have received your requirements.

    Important reminders:

    • We shall only entertain applicants who have completely complied with the listed requirements.

    • Applicants may be called in for an interview.  Please be ready with a product presentation or food test.

    • Rental rates are strictly confidential.  These will only be discussed to applicants with approved concepts.
